Unpacking Your Ideas
Now that you have collected your sessions and imported your history in Phase 2, it’s time to give them a home. Memory Spaces are the dedicated “activity rooms” within your Synaptic Archive where your ideas are grounded and organized.Meet Memory Spaces (Guided Onboarding)
MemoryBox features a visual onboarding flow to help you transition from scattered memories to focused context. Use this guided experience to establish your digital boundaries immediately.- Separate Contexts: Isolate Work, Life, and Learning environments to prevent context bleed between your various roles.
- Domain Focus: When you choose a specific space, your AI Experts prioritize the memories and documents within that domain to provide more accurate insights.
- Ready-made Templates: Select from pre-configured templates to deploy your first memory storage area in seconds.

Creating Your Activity Rooms
To start a new project or area of focus manually, click the + icon next to Memory Spaces in your sidebar.- Define the Activity: Name your space based on the specific work you do there (e.g., “Product Strategy 2026”).
- Set the Visual Tone: Choose a unique icon and color to help you identify the space at a glance in your command center.
The Assignment Bridge (Episodes Tab)
Once your Space is created, navigate to the Episodes tab. This is where you “unpack” the raw sessions you collected in Phase 2 and officially link them to this specific context.- Reviewing the Archive: View a list of sessions that MemoryBox suggests might belong in this space.
- Controlled Grounding: Check the box next to an episode to explicitly “ground” the space in that memory. This ensures that when you ideate here, your AI Experts only look at the information you’ve approved for this specific room.
Specialized Knowledge (Documents Tab)
While Sessions capture your active conversations, the Documents tab is for static knowledge—the research and files that form your project’s foundation.Advanced Document Management
You can refine your library at any time through the Document Dialog. This centralized modal allows you to manage how files are categorized across your entire archive.- Reassign Spaces: Move a document to a different Memory Space directly within the preview modal.
- Categorize and Tag: Update document titles, add tags, and adjust categories to keep your foundational knowledge organized.

Visualizing Your Context
The Overview tab provides a visual map of your curated context via a Word Cloud. This represents the “signal” in your Synaptic Archive for this specific Space, showing you the most prominent themes and keywords at a glance.Context Leakage Prevention: By organizing your sessions and documents into Spaces, you create a firebreak between your different roles. Your “Dog Care” research will never influence your “Product Strategy” results.
Phase 4: Informed Ideation
With your archive organized and your spaces built, you’re ready to lead your team of experts in the Command Center.
